Welcome to TidyHQ. This guide will walk you through setting up your account for the first time and confirming your membership details with Pipe Bands Australia.
Before You Begin #
Things they’ll need:
- Access to the email address registered with Pipe Bands Australia
- A device with internet access
- Approximately 5–10 minutes
Please do not create a new account manually unless instructed to do so. Pipe Bands Australia will send you an invitation linked to your existing membership record.
Accepting Your Invitation #
- Open invitation email
- Click Manage Pipe Bands Australia’s Memberships
- Create password
- Sign in
Review Your Profile #
Once logged in you can look over your retained membership records by:
- Selecting your name in the top right corer
- Selecting ‘Contact Profile’
Once here you should check:
- Your name
- Your email and any secondary email addresses held for you
- Your phone(s)
- address
- emergency contact
- date of birth (if relevant)
Confirm Your Membership #
Read over the information stored beneath the “Custom” header. This is data stored about members by Pipe Bands Australia.

To better support members this online support platform has been conceived and will continue to grow with a view to provide 24/7 support with accessing and managing these new digital services.

You should receive an email from TidyHQ with a link allowing you to setup your account. Once this is complete you can log in here.
