As a band secretary, you can view the players currently connected to your band through TidyHQ.
How to view your players #
- Log in to TidyHQ using the email address associated with your account.
- Open your Contact Profile.
- Next to your band name you should see ‘Primary’ and ‘⌄’
- Selecting this will reveal a list of players attached to your band
- You will see the players currently connected to your band.
- Select a player’s name to view the information available to you.
- Alternatively you can select memberships and review this information here
Your player list is managed by the association and will be updated as players join, leave or transfer between bands.
Can’t see your band or one of your players? #
If your band does not appear, or you believe a player is missing, please contact the association for assistance.
You can complete the Band Record Update/ Correction Request Form.
Please do not create another TidyHQ account, as this may cause duplicate records and delay access.
Please note, dual registered players will only show to their primamry or ‘home’ band.
Protecting player information #
Access to player information is provided for band administration purposes only. Please handle personal information carefully and do not share it with anyone who is not authorised to access it.
If another person takes over as your band secretary, please let the association know so access can be updated.
